If you haven’t come changed, we have beautifully furnished changing rooms so you can change on site
5 minutes before the class starts your coach will lead you through what to expect. Your coach will also take you through how to use the rower if you are new to the machine.
All classes begin with a warm up, getting you ready for the workout and talking you through the exercises for the session.
Prepare to push your limits with a workout that combines powerful rowing with strength-building movements, fuelling both body and mind!
Classes end with a cool down, stretch and our signature #MachineMindset led by your coach.
Pick up your shake, you’ve earned it!
Head to the changing rooms to make use of the showers should you wish and hair and beauty products, so you are ready to take on the next part of your day.
Do you have lost property?
We keep any items that have been left and found for one month at each site. If you suspect you left something, please contact our Community team who will be happy to check our lost property log for you.
Do I need to bring anything for the class?
All you need is yourself, an open mind, and some gym appropriate attire including trainers.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class without being subjected to losing your class credit or any penalty fees.
Non-unlimited members and class pack users who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time or do not attend a booked class will forfeit their class credit. Unlimited members who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time will be charged a penalty fee of £7.50, or £15 if you do not show up and have not cancelled the class.
What if I am running late?
We have a strict 5-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class starts, you will not be allowed to enter the class, and the cancellation policy penalties will apply.
Can I come as a beginner?
Of course! Our classes are designed for everyone to challenge themselves, but ultimately you are in charge as you set your own pace and select your weights. Our coaches are also happy to provide regressions for each movement. For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before the class time to make sure you have time for an induction, otherwise you will not be allowed to join the class.
What are the options for buying classes?
We have two options to choose from – you can either buy a pack of classes, or start a rolling membership! As you may expect, the more classes you buy, the more you save! Plus as a ROWBOTS member, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks including discounts from our brand partners, early access to events and advanced booking and waitlist priority.
Can I move my booking?
If there is space in the class and you have booked directly through ROWBOTS, then you can change to any other class on the same day by calling up the studio. If you are moving out of a sold out class within our 12 hour cancellation window, then this would count as a cancellation and the credit would be lost or a penalty fee charged.
Do you have showers?
Yes! Our luxury changing rooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, hair styling products, deodorant, hairdryers and straighteners. Safely place your possessions in our combination lockers – no need to bring a padlock.
Can I bring my bike?
Unfortunately bicycles cannot be parked or stored in the studio as it is a fire and safety hazard. There are plenty of public bike racks located in close proximity to our studio.
