Co-Founder & Master Coach
With his infectious energy, motivating persona, and genuine passion, he’ll have you surprising yourself with just how far you’re able to push your mind and body when you really want to.
Pelé is a firm believer that where most people fall short in their fitness journeys is with their mindset. This shapes the way that he programmes, delivers, and motivates during each and every session in The Machine Room.
If you want good vibes, big sweats, and to build a strong mindset along the way… you definitely want to get booked in to his class.
Pelé’s favourite theme is our signature SWITCH ON class. He believes that this class leaves no stone unturned when it comes to building a strong body, and an even stronger mind. Whether we’re talking about BIG partner sweats or gruelling AMRAP’s & EMOM’s, SWITCH ON really is the true test of mental and physical fitness.
Head Coach
Josh brings a wealth of experience to his coaching, with a background as a professional rugby player and a multi-time CrossFit Regionals athlete. Alongside his athletic achievements, Josh is pursuing a PhD in Sport Science and holds an MSc*D in Strength and Conditioning. His expertise has taken him around the globe, where he has delivered world-class coaching and mentored aspiring trainers.
Passionate about empowering others, Josh is dedicated to building autonomy in his clients. He firmly believes that the more you understand and educate yourself about training, the more you’ll benefit from it. That said, his coaching sessions never lack ENERGY—Josh is also a resident DJ in London, bringing a vibrant atmosphere to his workouts with his music.
Josh’s favourite theme is STAMINA. He loves the opportunity to teach pacing and strategy in these longer conditioning sessions, helping members push their limits with purpose and precision.
Senior Coach
Ria’s happy personality and positive outlook is reflected in her classes and coaching style; creating a welcoming, high energy atmosphere the minute you walk through the door. Encouraging you to test your limits, push yourself out of your comfort zone and reminding you that you have the strength within you to do so.
You’ll leave the machine room feeling like you’ve challenged yourself both physically and mentally, and no doubt she’ll have you ready to come back for more!
Ria’s favourite theme is RESET. No matter how much life throws at you, taking a step back can sometimes be the quickest way forward. It’s helps you to understand the importance of pushing to failure but also that there is ALWAYS opportunity to refocus and come back even stronger than before!
Master Coach
Dan is a no-nonsense, get the job done trainer. He believes that you are who you think you are and that mindset is key.
He loves to push everyone above and beyond their perceived ‘limits’.
Fitness is not just to look good, it’s to feel good too.
Dan’s favourite theme is RESET because it’s the toughest of them all, pushing yourself to your absolute limits and getting deep in the pain cave.
Master Coach
Matteo focuses on getting you fitter, faster and stronger whilst having a good time in the process. He is a firm believer that fitness starts with the mind and works its way outwards. His motto is “workout because you love your body, not because you hate it!” Matteo will have you working to your limits whilst instilling confidence in your abilities and bringing you the biggest tunes and energy to push you through.
Matteo’s favourite theme is SWITCH ON. He is a true believer of the connection between the mind and body, and loves how this class will teach you how to let loose and feel free, motivating you to have fun with your fitness goals and helping you realise how strong you really are!
Amélie draws from her broad experience and expertise in training and coaching to help individuals move better and feel more confident. She believes mindset is key when approaching fitness goals & healthy living.
Her holistic approach will empower you to sustain healthy habits, elevate your training experience and keep you coming back for more.
Amélies favourite theme is ENERGY. She loves the combination of anaerobic rowing & lower body strength training. She values training efficiently, pushing heavy with your weights, and focusing on form & control.
Head of STRENGTH & Senior Coach
With Danish and Nigerian roots, Uche is your international export coming to push you out of your comfort zone! With a background in basketball and American football, he is all about getting through the tough challenges together as a team. Uche will keep your energy high as he pushes you to new limits – if you are ready for a big challenge and big vibes come join him in The Machine Room!
Uche’s favourite theme is RESET because it’s one of the toughest. What you’ll learn is no matter how hard you fall you always have the chance to get back up and go again.
With years of experience leading group classes and transforming clients as a personal trainer, Emily-Rose is all about bringing the best out of everyone she trains. With qualifications in CBT, she blends physical fitness with mental well-being, offering a holistic approach that energises and empowers – a perfect fit for ROWBOTS.
Infusing energy into everything she does, Emily-Rose makes each workout an experience. Whether it’s a class of 50 people or a one-on-one, expect hard work, a little spice, but most of all, lots of fun.
Simon will surprise you with his massive presence and his positive ENERGY. With years of experience as a coach and at ROWBOTS, he truly embodies the #MachineMindset and will ensure you’re fully SWITCHED ON as you enter The Machine Room!
There’s no room for half-hearted effort in Simon’s classes. He’ll push you out of your comfort zone and equip you with the tools to stay dedicated to your personal goals.
Simon’s favourite class is RESET. He believes that failure is our ally; it’s through failure that we can grow both mentally and physically. This class has taught Simon invaluable lessons about himself and the importance of building your #MachineMindset for life both inside and outside The Machine Room.
Spreading her infectious good energy and positivity, Amber strives to ensure you learn something every time you enter the Machine Room, with a strong focus on form, technique and working smartly.
After working and training as a professional dancer before transitioning into fitness full-time, she is prepped to help you discover exactly what your body is capable of if you believe in it, and also has years of experience in recovery and mobility training – building strong bodies for life.
Amber’s classes will always leave you with a huge smile on your face, feeling empowered, confident, and ready to tackle anything that may come your way.
Amber’s favourite theme is RECHARGE as she believes creating time for yourself to reflect and prepare to go again is so rare yet absolutely invaluable in the busy everyday life we lead. She believes taking time to #RECHARGE prepares you to face any challenges that could be ahead positively and proactively, and helps you to enjoy the happiest, fullest life possible – something everyone deserves!
Mason’s main objective is to instil self belief amongst all of his clients – anything that you set your mind to is possible!
Approaching life with a glass half full mentality, Mason radiate positive energy and wants his classes to do the same. He’ll have you building physical and mental strength – whilst ensuring you have a smile on your face!
Mason’s favourite theme is FREESTYLE. It gives you the opportunity to challenge what you think you’re capable of… smash those limiting belief systems and leave The Machine Room feeling ready to take on the world!
With a friendly approach and always smiling, Sophie draws on her background in dance to create sessions that are both energetic and invigorating!
Focusing on technique, her classes emphasise the synergy between the body and mind, cultivating confidence and resilience.
Sophie’s vibrant energy establishes a welcoming atmosphere, where every movement is accompanied by a smile! Emerge from The Machine Room not only physically stronger but also with a stronger mindset and a lingering joy that extends well beyond the workout’s end.

Senior Coach
With a background in professional rugby, Nick brings different ethos to ROWBOTS with a strong focus on technique and rehabilitation.
Whether you’re a top athlete or complete beginner, Nick will make sure you take your training to new levels and walk out of The Machine Room on cloud nine. There is nothing better than a room full of Rowbots taking themselves to new heights!
Nick’s favourite theme is FREESTYLE as you never know what to expect! FREESTYLE not only tests and builds your physical resilience, but crucially your mental resilience too! There is no better way to finish your week and start the weekend than with a full body, lung burning workout.

Community Manager
Amber is the vibrant personality behind ROWBOTS, dedicated to uplifting the team and bringing the endorphin rush beyond The Machine Room. As the Community Team Manager, she is committed to ensuring every member experiences the unique ENERGY and inspiration that make ROWBOTS truly special.
Amber’s favourite class is ACTION. The philosophy of taking small, achievable steps toward your goals resonates deeply with her view of progression. Whether big or small, taking ACTION always moves you forward.
Studio Manager
Prince combines his strong foundation in athleticism and leadership to bring energy, discipline, and a vibrant community spirit to the team. As a semi-pro football player, he values teamwork and resilience, dedicating himself to helping members achieve their personal best. With his approachable attitude, Prince inspires and supports everyone who walks through the doors, empowering them on their fitness journey.
Prince’s favourite class is SWITCH ON for its high-energy atmosphere and focus on teamwork. SWITCH ON encourages you to push each other toward new goals and fosters a strong sense of community. It’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend with a challenging yet fun workout experience
Assistant Studio Manager
Myles brings an infectious energy to ROWBOTS. With a background in dance, he adds a unique flow and rhythm to the Community Team, creating an atmosphere that’s both motivating and fun. Known for always going the extra mile, Myles is committed to making sure every member has the best possible experience at ROWBOTS—whether it’s their first visit or their hundredth.
Myles’ favourite class is STAMINA, where he thrives on a challenge and encourages others to tap into their #MachineMindset. He believes that by doing so, we’re capable of achieving much more than we think.

Olympic Champion
British rower and Olympic gold medallist at Rio 2016. In his first five seasons with the GB Rowing Team senior squad, Will won Olympic gold and bronze medals either side of three successive World Championships titles. Will stroked the men’s eight to a memorable victory at Rio 2016 having won bronze with George Nash in the men’s pair four years earlier in London
In-house Psychologist
Dr Arianna has an MSC in Clinical Dynamic Psychology, Master’s degree in Scientific Analysis of Non Verbal Behaviour and Facial Expressions, Master’s degree in Group Therapy and a Master’s degree in Couples Therapy and Humanistic Interpersonal-oriented Psychotherapeutic Training.
Dr Arianna follows a psychodynamic, humanistic and interpersonal approach to her psychology work. Her sessions provide a protected space where you can talk about anything you want, and feel heard and understood.
